Return Policy

SugaBaby Co deeply appreciates your business! We will always do all that we can to ensure you love your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have received, you may return or even exchange the item(s) to us within 7 days of your receiving the item. All items eligible for return MUST  in original condition with tags intact. Once items are returned you will be entitled a store credit or exchange ONLY.

We are not able to accept items that appear to have been worn, washed, stained, not in original condition, or have had tags removed. Every aspect of the garment must be free from odor and signs of wear and tear.  

To start a return, contact us at sugababy.company@gmail.com. Title your email RETURN and include your order number. If your return is accepted we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how to send your item back to us. Returned merchandise will be inspected upon receipt. No credit or exchange will be processed if the merchandise shows signs of use or damage or has an odor as noted previously. 

**ITEMS SENT BACK TO US WITHOUT FIRST RECEIVING AN APPROVAL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED**

We can offer a store credit (excluding cost of shipping/delivery) within the allotted time frame only for item(s) unused, in the SugaBaby sealed logo bags (if applicable) and with the tags fully intact once returned to us. Please ensure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, that provides you with a proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. Please allow up to 7 days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 7 days from the day you receive your order. Returns and exchanges received with a postmark after the 7-day return period will not be processed and the package will be returned to customer.

Changed your mind? Your right to cancel.

We understand that you may change your mind about something you have bought online.

Except for express delivery selections, you have the right to cancel within 12 hours of placing your order if you simply change your mind. If you select express delivery option, all cancellations must be requested within 5 hours after purchase.

Undelivered Items

If items are undeliverable to you by the courier/postal services these orders will be held for a defined period (varies per carrier company) for you to collect. If uncollected items exceed this limit, AND they are returned to us as the sender by the carrier service, all returned items will be automatically refunded and returned to stock. You will be notified via your email/contact information provided to us upon checkout of the refund once processed.
